December is fast approaching which means First Trials is coming up soon. There has been allot of work for the competition already done and now it is time to move into final preparation phase. To facilitate all that needs to happen we will be having a parent meeting. In recognition of the busy lives we all lead we are offering two meeting times. Each family must be represented at one of the following meetings: Saturday November 6th at 2:00 PM at the Arenex OR Monday November 8th at 5:30 PM at the Arenex

Cameron Quinlan of Shasta Trampoline has been selected by Gymnastics Canada to represent Canada at the BUMBO GYMNASTICS CUP. This competition will be hosted by the South African Gymnastics Federation at the JONIBACH Sportsentrum, in Pretoria, South Africa from November 29 to December 7th 2010. Congratulations Cameron!
