Declan finished in the middle of the pack in a field of 84!! Very tough competition out there. Congratulations to all our athletes who made it to Worlds and WAGs!

Congratulations Sam on achieving a personal best in prelims!! Sam took 16th place in the semi-finals - top 8 qualified for finals. Commiserations to Tamara who was selected for the DMT team but was unable to attend due to medical reasons. We are all wishing her a speedy recovery! Stay tuned for WAGs results, as Declan will be competing next week :)

Congratulations to Maveric Romanuik, and coaches Val Johnson, Curt DeWolff and Christie Hayashi. Maveric received the award for Provincial Level Female Athlete of the Year, and our awesome coaching team received the award for National Level Trampoline Gymnastics Coaches of the Year!!!!

Congratulations to Shasta athletes Sam Smith, Tamara O'Brien, and Declan McLean who were selected to represent Team Canada in World's and World Age Groups (Declan) in Sofia, Bulgaria. Curt DeWolff was also selected as a Team coach!! The events begin next week - stay tuned for details of their competition times and live streaming links.

  1) 10+U Category  This category has been removed from the BC competitive system. For all athletes registered in the L1 categories (TR/DMT/TU), the registration will be reviewed immediately following the registration deadline for the first sanctioned BC Provincial Cup, then split by the median age to a maximum of two age groups. For example:  the girls category may be L1 11+U / L1 12+. Depending on the numbers, the boys may once again compete as one open age group. Once the new split has been established, the athletes will remain in the same groupings for the remained of the season. Reminder that the athletes age is determined as of December 31, 2018.   2) BC Provincial Cup – Registration Fees  The Technical Committee has approved a small increase in the athlete registration fee for all BC Provincial Cups.
