Just thought you might want to know that Sam Smith competed Prelims today at a World Cup in Italy and is sitting in 4th going into Finals. And, Declan Mclean just finished his prelims at the Pacific Rim Championships in Columbia and is 8th and going to Finals. *Go Shasta*

Good luck to our athletes at Canada Cup!!
Events start Friday April 20th

Canada Cup - April 19th-22nd

Seven of our athletes - Sam, Mario, Declan, Cam, Adin, Jane and Maja will be attending Canada Cup in Montreal next week with Coach Curt!!

Latest update from GCG

1.  Jr Pan American Championships and Club Pan American Cup : Unfortunately, due to low registration numbers The TUMBLING portion of this competition has been cancelled. Canada Cup will remain as the qualification for this event for TRAMPOLINE and DMT.

2.  Indo Pacific Championships: The 2018 Championships will not take place due to hosts backing out.

Parking at Championships

Please be advised that there are a limited number of parking stalls at the Port Coquitlam Recreation Centre; however, street parking is available within close proximity to the venue. **Recommendation is to allow for extra time to drop your athlete off and proceed to find parking.** Due to construction, what was the main entrance of the Port Coquitlam Recreation Complex will be closed. There are currently two entrances: one on the west side of the building near the “Blue” TG arena (approximately 60 spaces) and one on the east side of the building near the “Green” Artistic arena (approximately 60 spaces). These two parking lots will have one-way traffic only. There will be wheelchair-accessible parking on the east side; accessible parking on the west side is to be confirmed by the venue. NOTE: There will be signs up in these parking lots that say “3hr parking,” but the venue will NOT be ticketing that weekend (Friday included), so the 3 hour limit will not apply.
