Thank you to all the parents and athletes who attended the AGM and Shasta wind-up on Saturday.
As you know I will no longer be with Shasta, as Jane heads off to the University of Waterloo in September.
My thanks to Val and all the coaches who make Shasta such a great Team. It has been my pleasure to have been involved with the club for so many years, and I wish you all lots of success and good times in the future.

Good luck to Shasta athletes Declan McLean, Adin Brenner and Maja Bonham who will be competing in Bolivia from the 19th to the 23rd. The competition schedule is: June 21 - synchronized trampoline and double-mini June 22 - trampoline, and finals for synchronized trampoline June 23 - finals for trampoline and double-mini.

Julia came 4th on tramp and 16th on dmt
Elisse came 20th on tramp and dmt
Larkin and Brooklyn came 10th in synchro and Julia and Elisse came 4th
The AGM will be held on Sat Jun 16th at 2.30pm in the River room at Centennial Community Centre. The season wind-up will follow, with pizza and refreshments.
Please note it is mandatory for that one voting member from each family to attend (all adult athletes are required to attend).

Just thought you might want to know that Sam Smith competed Prelims today at a World Cup in Italy and is sitting in 4th going into Finals.
And, Declan Mclean just finished his prelims at the Pacific Rim Championships in Columbia and is 8th and going to Finals.
Seven of our athletes - Sam, Mario, Declan, Cam, Adin, Jane and Maja will be attending Canada Cup in Montreal next week with Coach Curt!!

1. Jr Pan American Championships and Club Pan American Cup : Unfortunately, due to low registration numbers The TUMBLING portion of this competition has been cancelled. Canada Cup will remain as the qualification for this event for TRAMPOLINE and DMT.
2. Indo Pacific Championships: The 2018 Championships will not take place due to hosts backing out.
Please be advised that there are a limited
number of parking stalls at the Port Coquitlam Recreation Centre; however,
street parking is available within close proximity to the venue. **Recommendation
is to allow for extra time to drop your athlete off and proceed to find
parking.** Due to construction, what was the main
entrance of the Port Coquitlam Recreation Complex will be closed. There are
currently two entrances: one on the west side of the building near the “Blue”
TG arena (approximately 60 spaces) and one on the east side of the building
near the “Green” Artistic arena (approximately 60 spaces). These two parking lots will have one-way
traffic only. There will be wheelchair-accessible parking on the east side;
accessible parking on the west side is to be confirmed by the venue. NOTE: There will be signs up in these
parking lots that say “3hr parking,” but the venue will NOT be ticketing that
